Incorrect Username or Password
The most common reason for this error is when your Usenet client tries to connect to our servers with an incorrect username/password. Be sure to check your newsreader and make sure you have the correct login credentials provided in your news client. If you recently updated your login details, keep in mind that it can take our system up to 30 minutes to have this information activated across all servers.

Credit Card Has Expired or Account is on Hold
Another reason for this error may be that your credit card expired or your account is on hold. To find out, you can log into your account and check your account status.

If you have any questions about your account, please email our support team and we can help.
