An NZB downloader client is used to open NZB files and download the corresponding articles with the message IDs listed in the NZB file. The NZB client connects to the Usenet by using the news server connection settings you provide (most commonly your username, password and UsenetServer's news server).

There are many clients out there, some cost money to use, and they can be built for different operating systems.
